An incredible opportunity and fishing

Yeah, the public acces BS is no good. That stuff gets me pretty angry.

One more reason to hate the Rams...
:)

That's funny, Stan lets me fish there anytime I want.

I learned to fly fish on those lake. public access would be nice. There are public lakes in Washington that have no public accesses well.

If a person wants to keep his land to himself I get that. But why should he be allowed to sell access to a public resource (the wildlife). The advertising clearly makes that out to be the attraction.

Semi serious question: If I had a helicopter lower me down onto the lake along with a floatation device (pontoon preferable, but I'd settle for a float tube), am I technically legal to be there fishing since it's a public lake? I'd like to pull something like this off and this feels like a great spot to try something like that.

Not sure the Canadian laws but there is a ONx video of elk hunting on a land locked public chunk through helicopter access.

It is very well done and the focus is more on the public land and less on hunting. We have so much public land locked that it is truely incredible. Something like 15.5 million acres.

Yep, that's exactly what got me thinking about this. Plus I think it would be fun to screw w/ the billionaire (in this particular instance).
Great video if anyone is interested.

Don't the land owners own the airspace all the way to heaven thereby one would be Trespassing?
