Whelp, I'm a 9ers fan for the rest of this year....love their coach & GM, Mr Irrelevant is balling out, shoot, along with their coach being the kid of a Broncos legend, so is their RB (in Den anyway), love their D.

Might plan on being a 9ers fan for 3-4 more years then. If my team was as big of a dumpster fire as yours, I'd probably lose a lot of desire to watch football honestly.

I have an AFC team as my "backup" as well, but they're always way below the Hawks every year :ROFLMAO:

If I was a betting man I'd put money on an AFC team coming away SB Champs, but that Niners team is so loaded I'm not willing to write them off and it wouldn't be totally shocking to see them pull it off.

I will admit that I don't have a ton of faith in a rookie QB, even with as well as he's played. The playoffs are just such a different animal, but if their defense and running game plays to their potential and keeps the team out of situations where Purdy would have to put the team on his shoulders I'd say they could beat anyone.

I’m not saying the niners are better and/or have a high chance of beating the chiefs if both teams reach the big dance. But honestly, that was a VERY different 9ers team. I think they’d have a hard time putting up 44 points today.

As is the Chiefs. They have started to establish a running game, the receivers are now more in tune with Mahomes and the defense is healthier with a now more experienced secondary. A win is a win and the Chiefs trounced the Niners, despite the Niners "genius" head coach and game plan (the guy who stole defeat from the jaws of victory in the SB against the Chiefs) ... and if you take @Yard Sale's description of the offense with any seriousness, you've not been watching.:p

Cheers and go Chiefs

As bad as my team is, I still watch and root for them…drinking helps…
It didn't help me this year.....

Actually, I had to work during most of the Broncos games, and never felt as though I missed much.

Ok kid; look right, run left, circle around 20 yards back, cut back, get 1/4 yard from the line of scrimmage, shuttle pass between 3 guys and watch Kelce run.
Mahomes: Got it coach!

Pretty funny stuff ( do enjoy a good sense of humour). Mahomes leads the league in passing yards (by 500 yds), passing TDs, passes of 20+ yds, and passes of 40+ yds. Though I don't agree with it, many analysts are saying (hope that doesn't sound too much like the orange guy) he is the MVP (I think it is still Hurts, at least up to this point).

Go Chiefs and many cheers

Regardless, at this point, I’d hope for a good game 🤷‍♂️
