Snyders hire bank to explore Commanders sale
The Commanders released a statement Wednesday saying that owners Dan and Tanya Snyder have hired Bank of America Securities to consider "potential transactions" involving the franchise.

I think Lawrence is one of those who would need to sit behind a vet for a couple years, then have legit weapons to help elevate him. He is being asked to do it all himself (with the assistance of Etienne) right now.
At least he doesn't have a dumpsterfire of a coach now. Honestly, he's on the standard trajectory that most rookie QBs go through. There are enough moments that you know he's not going to bust. There aren't many guys like Herbert out there who look like an All-Pro from day one. I mean, look at how much Josh Allen struggled in year one and two. Mahomes didn't even play (probably could have)--also has one of the best offensive coaches ever.

I'm hoping that someone asks the coach in NE about Guy and his effect on the game. He may be dry, but the content is pretty damned good:

He was the first and only punter in the hall of fame…Raiders have always placed a premium on special teams…even used a first round pick on a kicker, which is unheard of…
Didn't Detroit use a first pick to get that kicker out of WSU. That was a few long years ago.

He also had a brother that did place kicking for Washington. It's funny how an old brain works. You stick things back into a corner and then forget about them until something triggers them. I had his name on the tip of my tongue and now it's gone. Oh well.

I'm a Chiefs fan, can't be too effusive of any Raider player, they'd take my membership away; "Maybe" is the best you'll get out of me.
