He's Wilson's Personal QB Coach. Is it a thing now for guys to have their own, personal coaches on the sideline, apart from the teams coaches? Or, is this just a prima-donna thing? Can't imagine that being healthy for team/locker room dynamics.

Wilson generated just 15 yards in the second half and overtime on 3-of-11 passing... -5 net yards if you count the sacks.
I think that Russ just left Seattle at the right time. Pete even looks happier now. The ponies can forget about the Super bowl with 4 loses They only average 15 points a game through 6 games. 5 TD's and way to many FG's.. Russ probably forgot how he cooked in Seattle. Staying in the pocket isn't working for him. He has to move to produce. For some odd reason he looks lost out there now.
Brady left one team and he took his new team to the Super bowl. Russ went to a new team and all he has done is make his self into a loser. He has had two injuries now and getting sacked doesn't make him getting happy. Once you get injured, it seems you get more injured. He has to be thinking, how many more times am I going to keep taking a beating.
