Just got back from our annual trip to the Kenai. Lots of nice fish and bears...good trip overall. But that is not the point of my post.
I have used (for a number of years) small, compact clear plastic tackle boxes to keep hooks, split shot, beads, swivels, and other small items. I start out every trip very organized but after a couple of days, all the contents in the compartments are in complete disarray. After simply accepting this fact for a number of years (I'm a slow learner) I thought there must be a better solution to keep these items in their respective compartments. Obviously the lid coming down does not keep the contents from mixing up inside. I think this particular brand is Plano. After snooping around, I saw some that were marketed as waterproof but my guess is that is the main seal/gasket but probably not the individual compartments so I was unsure that would actually solve anything.
Has anyone found another brand/solution that prevents this from occurring aside from the potential smart aleck comment to stop fishing beads? Usually I'd just ask @Freestone since she seems pretty savvy at this kind of stuff but I figured the rest of the forum may benefit as well.
