That would be a "Plan B" when I forget the others.

I got a pair of the green elephant ones and they are super solid. Not the cheapest option but lots of little features that make them super easy to use. they go up to 8' so you can actually stand under the tarp, which is nice.

I went with the Harbor Freight paint poles and a couple of 4" roller handles that I cut off.

Good job with the roller handles! I just drilled a pilot hole and ran a screw in the threaded section. I'm gonna steal your idea!
