You will have to fool around a bit to get to article, but it is tongue and cheek

Why is it when somebody references a news paper in an answer. The mentioned news paper won't let you see or read it without a subscription to the paper.. I'm not complaining, just asking. And I never heard of Tom Rosenbauer( he can't be to famous as his last name came up in the spell checker.).

Fun read, I’d say the same feeling of rod can be had with less money though.

The notion catch less, costs [usually] more but the grab is crack holds a dear spot in my heart.

If people don't fly fish they just can't get the concept what fly fishing is all about. When fishing dries it's the take on top that makes you weak in the knees. And trying to get a fish to take something made out feathers, fur, or foam.

Wait a minute. Old man, you and Tom rosenbauer have like 259 years of fishing between the two of you. How have you not heard of him?!

Tom's worked for Orvis for a long time, he has a podcast, probably one of the first flyfishing podcasts??? Podcasts are radio shows you can listen to over the internet. Not being able to get to a linked article from various news sources is called a 'paywall' sites usually have a pay wall to make up for plummeting physical subscriptions.
