The "M's" just went on the road with an 11/6 record. 10 days later they are at 12/16. What in the hell happened to them. Did they forget all they learned.
 
They just had their ass handed back to themselves. Philly handed them a 9-0 dubbing last night. With a ex Mariner going 2/4 with 3 rbi's and a home run. How come they still have that lame duck Manager. It won't be long and they will be back at the bottom.
 
I had hope but it is fading. The Mariners have young talent why they can’t sustain a winning streak is puzzling. Perhaps they are still to young or the management can’t put together the right combination. I’ve never thought much of Servais. He is Dipoto’s hand picked yes man. Dipoto has never fielded a winning team of his own design as a general manager. Not here and not at the Angels.

There are those times when your playing against more than one opponent. You’ll play vs visiting field, opponents, umpires or referees calling it so tight you have little chance. ….in some games against the clock too. Not the good but the great teams have a way of overcoming these obstacles. Not always pretty but a W is a W!!!
 
The Mariner's all time winning percentage is .467. This year it is .415, 52 points below their already dismal record historically. They aren't lovable losers-they are perennial losers. They are good at being bad so I guess you could say they are having a good year.....

Heard DiPoto talking on the radio a couple days ago. I usually change the station when they talk Mariners but decided to listen.
He said data or some bullshit shows their .182 batting average with runners in scoring position can’t continue.

Mariners were walked off by a Boston grand slam in the bottom of the tenth to complete a four game sweep. Leave it to Dipoto and Servais to take some of the best young talent in the game and field another losing team.
 
Just think. The Mariners and Oakland get to play for the cellar. Should be a few good games to watch.. How long are they going to keep that Manager. The Mariners are really getting good at losing now.(n)(n)(n)
