What's in your vise?

super buggy bug for a certain hatch that may or may not be going on right now (which I may not be able to hit, just want to have a couple bugs in case I can). playing around with the a mixture of 3 Kraken dubbings for the super buggy look. I only colored the bottom of the foam to retain some really good visibility.

Not as well thought out as @clarkman ’s ties above…

lol. as long as it swims as intended.....that looks good! Fox moves really nicely. I just soaked my 3 in warms water and letting them dry naturally right now to give them the same dry look. My three I posted are probably the only three in a long time where I tied exactly the same...

Are these for dropping down or chummed retrieve?
For trolling and then, when someone (or multiple folks) hook up, for stripping and casting on the slide.

If the tuna stick around and want to play, they're also going to be great for casting. The material I used doesn't suck up water nearly as much as others, and it's nice and light to cast.

Made a few modifications to Charlie Craven’s version, mainly in the underwing. Great thing about this fly is, with all the foam for buoyancy, you don’t need to use your best hackle (the grizzly was a webby saddle which, while not adding much to floatation, looks pretty buggy).
