Are fajitas the official food of fishing trips?

Timely, Dean! Will be passing through Kooskia next week. We're always looking for food!
Kamiah has a pretty decent Mexican restaurant. I can't remember the name but it's on the left as you're headed east.
Edit: Palenque

I don't know if they still exist but there used to be a gas station in Kooskia, ID that had great homemade breakfast burritos wrapped in foil.
I would go out of my way for one.
I think they might have moved to the Barstow/Helendale area of the Mojave. Some of the best street breakfast burritos served out of a styrofoam box ever there.

Thread drift but this tucked away place in Kooskia is worth a browse if you're headed that way.
Still there as of late September. I did not know about the breakfast burritos though, guess I'll have to check it out next trip.

So looks like we came to a consensus then.

Fajitas are the food of choice and Bridger bars are better than chocolate chip cookies.

Cool.
