That is so slick! Do you cut the foam (?) cylinders out of a block, or buy them tailor made? Have you already done a SBS for these?

I had the pleasure of meeting @Northern on the water yesterday and watched her catch one fish after another from her nimble pedal kayak. I finally tied on an olive Willie like what Northern was using and started catching fish. (I caught some after you left, I swear!) Of course, I broke off one of the few in my box. I'm tying up more now. @Northern , this one is on a 1xl length nymph hook. It looks a little short to me, do you tie them on 2xl length hooks?

That OW looks good to me - honestly, those stockers were eating anything that looked halfway between a bug and a pellet. I have half a box of OWs, and they run the gamut, colorwise, lengthwise, and materialwise.
This was the soft hackle that I was using at first, that also caught bunches for me at the other lake earlier in the day
I even got a few on a soft hackle tied with macaw feather, lol!
Needed to add a couple with orangish/pink/tan hues to the box for this weekend to cover some of the shrimp I’ve been encountering.

The ones I saw on Wednesday in the south sound were like pinky fingernail sized. These look like size 6s here?
Size 4 but need to tie some size 6’s.
