Shite is gonna hit the fan in slightly more than 11hrs and stay that way for a day or so...

Add a gale-to-storm-force wind watch on my island for the same time window, and things are gonna get downright spicy.

Yeah, it blew +-30kts here most of Thursday into Friday. Further south towards Haida Gwaii there was 45-50 winds, but the four peaks station on the peninsula won the prize for highest gust on Thursday- their winds averaged 60 or so most of the day, with this whopper gust around 6am...


SE is getting another inch today, then light rain until Tuesday when another gale/storm comes in.

Looks like we’ll get some rain on Saturday.
For those in the know, Saturday is the new Tuesday. It kind of dries up again after that.
I did read a blurb where it mentioned the beginning of November looks wet on the extended forecast.
