OFFICIAL 2026 NFL SEASON DISCUSSION

Pats may be without both starting corners this week at the Raiders.

There had been a lot of discussion about how soft the Pats schedule was last year. It was easy. The really lucky thing that happened to them was that they sufferred very few injuries. That is not the case so far this year. Their back up corners played well last wek without Gonzo. Losing Gonzo and Carrlton Davis would be a whole other set of difficulties. Fortunately, it seems like the Raiders really want to throw to backs and Tight ends.
Didn’t Vrabel keep most of the starters off the field in pre-season games to eliminate injuries? Seems like that didn’t work out well. Maybe he’s hoping for a strong finish while the injury bug catches up with everyone else. Hope is not a good business model.

whoa, there's a @Canuck from Kansas sighting on a day the Chef's are not even playing!!!!!🤯

Well now, I would suggest you check my posting history there young man, I post pretty regularly on this thread, whether Chiefs play or not, just not quite as often as some of the pontificators :p

Go Chiefs

The 4-0 Vikings look very tough this season, unstoppable.

@Brute

The Pats are officailly without f0ur (4) cornerbacks for Sundays game including both startin outside CB's Christian Gonzalez and Carlton Davis III.

Mark was nowhere near the level of meddlesome as his dad Al was

And how about Georgia Frontiere, who ran the Rams into the ground financially before relocating the Rams to St Louis?…

She died ~20 years ago after Vermeil delivered the Lombardi in Feb 2000. RIP

Mark hits the bong way more than AL did...
So he's not as motivated to meddle.

RIP MR Ditka, beyond legendary!

Iron Mike rewrote the tight end position…his record of most receiving yards by a tight end during his rookie year stood for 63 years until Brock Bowers of the Raiders broke it in his rookie season…and took 17 games to do it (Ditka did it in 14 games)…

He was as tough as anyone who played in the NFL…and was the first tight end inducted into the HOF…

Dak Prescott has 10 years with the Cowboys. One of the highest paid players in the league. 8 years of no playoffs and the two time they made it, they lost in the first round. How much of the Cowboy budget is wasted on Prescott while they try to find cheaper players for all the other positions. It's a weird way to run a team and expect them to win.

Go Jerry !!!

😁🤣

Congratulations to Mr. Prescott . He made it to the big league ,but never flourished. Paid millions upon millions. bravo man, well done.

Jerry can afford it , that's why he does what he does. When I say afford it, I don't mean just the money. He can afford to mismanage a team and blow millions and millions and millions of dollars , it won't really affect his everyday living......he can afford it.
