Crab Catch Cards

Meanwhile, the mobile MyWDFW app does the reporting automatically for you but somehow decides that you did not fish for crabs and erases all of your crab catch record history for the year...I think they are on the 3rd version of the mobile app, still some kinks to iron out. Called the listed number for customer service, somehow it shows on the phone as the "Razor Clam Society" number, six calls later and they just opened a ticket to figure out what happened. Ahh, the last 2 coho I entered last weekend dissapeared, the last version of the app has an "improved" Field Mode that is supposed to better sync catches once back with phone service, also makes entries dissapear apparently. Anyone else having similar issues?

They definitely have some work to do on their apps. I’m not sure who they hired to do them, but it doesn’t seem very good. The first regs app was a total disaster.
I went paper again this year for just the reasons you are experiencing but I have a feeling we’ll be forced to the digital version in the future.

I just entered my crab catch card on my laptop and this message stayed on the screen for a good five minutes and wouldn’t let me log out.

They should just have AI write the code...

It definitely has some issues. My crab catch card no longer can be viewed or printed and it won’t allow me to get another. Says conflicts with previous purchase. I’ll just mail in sheet of paper with my license ID number and state zero catch since I did no crabbing this year.
