OFFICIAL 2026 NFL SEASON DISCUSSION

That was a bummer to hear Roger Craig’s announcement yesterday at the HOF induction ceremony about his dementia diagnosis.
I always liked him as a player. Seemed like a really good guy off the field as well.

great guy and a hella RB, first in NFL history to get 1,000 rushing and a 1,000 receiving, the ideal RB for Walsh's west coast offense... these days Christian McCaffrey pretty much version 2.0. Glad he got his jacket while still with us

Sad to hear about Craig, he was a stud player for sure.

Kyle Shanahan on NBC, asked about what makes the Seahawks so difficult: "I know you guys want my expert opinion, but I haven't scored a TD on these guys the last two times I've seen them."

🤣

I thought this was interesting enough that it deserved its own thread, but wanted to post here as well:

They hadn't sniffed that line since Michael Irvin left....

Let’s hope that continues. With Jerry running the show, I’m kind of liking the odds!

You'll be pullin' for the Seahawks on Saturday then i guess....

Even if it's preseason.

Nice...
😄

Unfortunately I will flying over the Pacific Ocean during the entirety of the Raiders first preseason game, so I won’t get a look at Mendoza’s first NFL action…GO RAYDAHS!

Watchin the Raiders vs Cardinal pre-season game tonight. Can the announcers shut their pie holes long enough to just call the game. Talk about dogs barkin to hear their heads rattle. 🤦🏼‍♂️

it's preseason, not really much to talk about....

"hey here's xxxxxx, who you'll see play a season in the CFL for half a season before he's cut there...." 🤷‍♂️

Hawks, seriously?
"The Seahawks are adding to their secondary ahead of the 2026 season, as, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, cornerback Terrion Arnold intends to sign with the club. The 23-year-old visited with Seattle, the Texans, Saints and Giants over the past several weeks, and now lands in the Pacific Northwest with the defending Super Bowl champions on a one-year deal.
It’s been a tumultuous offseason for Arnold, to say the least. A first-round pick of the Lions in 2024, he was arrested in Tampa this spring on eight felony charges stemming from a robbery and kidnapping back in February. Police say Arnold was the primary conspirator of a robbery that saw three men get pistol-whipped and held at gunpoint. He’s since denied any wrongdoing, but was released by Detroit on June 29. The charges against Arnold can carry a potential sentence of up to life in prison."
