Nelly had two different teams with the Warriors back in the day…one with Hardaway, Sprewell, Mullin & Webber…then later with Davis, Ellis, Curry, Richardson & Jackson…they were both a sporty bunch.

I saw Don Nelson play with the Celtics when I was in high school in Bridgewater MA…his last season when he won his last of 5 championships in Boston when I was a junior.

Those 80's Bucks teams with Moncrief, Cummings, Pressey, Pierce, Lister etc. were a very underated bunch.

He really changed the game with the way he used Pressey.

And fish ties. So many awesom fish ties.
