OFFICIAL 2026 NFL SEASON DISCUSSION

Arrowhead was great stadium noise-wise, but not a particularly great stadium. Always ranked near the bottom by players for their facilities. Was a pain in the ass to get to as well. Not sure the new one is a whole lot easier to get to, still quite a ways out, up by the raceway, but generally not as bad traffic-wise. Royals will be moving downtown, so the whole Arrowhead/Royals stadium complex will be done.

No tears shed.

Go Chiefs

Amusing

whereas the owner of the Rams is such a peach...
    • St. Louis Rams Relocation: Kroenke promised to keep the team in Missouri but secretly planned and executed the team's move to Los Angeles in 2016. This led to a massive lawsuit by the city of St. Louis, which was ultimately settled with Kroenke and the NFL paying out a staggering $790 million in damages after it was revealed they violated league relocation guidelines. [1, 2, 3, 4]
    • Extraction of Public Subsidies: Despite being worth billions, he has a history of demanding public money for his sporting venues. For instance, after privately funding the $5 billion SoFi Stadium, his organization requested hundreds of millions of dollars from Inglewood, CA for surrounding infrastructure improvements, raising eyebrows about corporate demands. [1, 2]
    • Stan Kroenke’s Kroenke Sports & Entertainment, owner of the local soccer club was voted the worst ownership situation in MLS in an anonymous poll of 20 league executives conducted by The Athletic an released on Thursday.

And the Chiefs will actually be in Kansas…

On a more serious note...
The Official NFL Franchise of PNWFlyfishing .com and Your Super Bowl Champion Seattle Seahawks went 6-2 against NFL West opponents last year.

We need some better competition here...
Maybe the Cards will step up, the other guys are... injured or ancient...not really able to compete.

😁😄😁😆😁😅😁🤣😁😂😁

Bold prediction; the Seahawks will be a wild-card at best and eliminated in the wild-card game (if the make it) ...

Go Chiefs

Chefs are toast...
I mean sure, they can beat the Raiders, split with the Chargers, swept by the Donkeys...
They're a .500 team even with the easy 3rd place schedule.
6 wins last year...all before Majomes got hurt.
Look for maybe 8 or 9 this year...
