They need to INSTALL free boats on various lakes

Sounds good on the surface. But lets pull the sting here.
1. How is this funded? Out of tax dollars or license sales? I can hear it now. No way in hell do I want my dollars paid toward that. Want a boat then buy your own like I did.
2. First come first served? Going to have a lottery system like they do for duck blinds in CA?
3. Time limits? Joe Schmoe gets there Thursday afternoon and snags an open boat. He's fishing through the weekend so he takes the boat and ties it up on shore at his camp spot. Here come the fights.....lol

Maybe you could work out the issues but this sounds like it has disaster written all over it.

Your clearly not government material. Just go with what feels good - the details will sort themselves out naturally.

In northern New England many boats/canoes are stored upside down around remote lakes and ponds. The "tradition" is that anyone is welcome to use the boat as long as it is unlocked. The borrower is expected to bring his own oars and return the boat to the shore in the same condition & location in which it was found. Normally the system works great, but as expected, there are a-holes out there too which means more boats get locked as time goes on.

I have no clue what you are talking about. None.
My Main Amendmunt is SIMOLE!!!! HERES THE DEAL WITH MY MAIN AMENDMENT:

we FORCED it into law this January. The Main Point is this: if you disagree with a reg then said reg doesn't APPLY to you!!! Covers many issues in the greater community.

Again I have zero idea WTF you are talking about. Is this something that WA already has implemented?

I have no clue nor do I give two craps about whomever this guy is. I posted a comment on what I thought was some suggested idea. Thats it.

Don't worry about it, Steve. Travers is like the fly in your house that keeps coming back.
