Here is the form to be filled in:

Title
blank space
Sub-Title

Where would you put the cursor to add in the Title to the article??

It did let me add my title and then.........

Everything worked fine, except it would not upload the article to the web site.

The error message was that there was a problem with the Title and that I needed to contact tech support. After two hours with AI tech support it gave up and said a human would contact me sometime in the future. So far, the future is still the future.

Does anybody see the problem??
 
Tried a colon or semi colon ? My experience , AI hasn't had a good data set of proper English sentence, paragraph or page formatting to work with.

What was the title? Have heard/seen things on reddit with people getting flagged for things (by AI) that it thinks are inappropriate or not allowed even though they're entirely harmless. Maybe you got flagged because the words in the title and not the formatting or how you input it.

I found the source of the problem.

Between AI and myself we just made different assumptions as a pre-machine human and a machine.

When I looked at the form I interpreted it as a pre-machine human. If it says Title and has a blank spot underneath you write in the title in the blank spot.

Machines, which were programed by post-machine humans assumes that you will put the cursor on the Title word and then type the title of the article. The AI machine assumed that I was typing the title in the correct place. It never checked the obvious.

The interesting part was that it was very, very focused on going through ALL the procedures never thinking that the first fork in the road was where the adventure went wrong.

It could have gone very wrong for the company.

Towards the end of the two hours it showed me how to enter the coding for the browser and check for errors there so I could correct the CODE and fix the problem. It was at that point that I ended the session. If I had a better background in HTML I would have been real tempted to make some major changes!!!

After I hung up. I thought about and realized that the mistake had to be REAL BASIC.

I did do a search and a couple of Reddit posts mentioned the problem, but they were so embarrassed by their mistake that they never posted the solution even after several requests.

It was at this point that the solution pop into my head.

If this AI gets trained on my session I can see it saying under its breath....."stupid human"

It was also an example of poor programming. I first added the text by putting the cursor into the blank space below TEXT. Then it asked for the Title and I put that under the blank space, and it was off to the races.

The real good news is that IF we ever meet Aliens we will not be interacting with them, but rather their AI machines.

That promises to be even more fun than dealing with our AI.
