Taking Strangers Fishing, Yay or Nay?

My son-in-law and I have very little in common when it comes to outdoor activities. For that I am thankful. At other times when he starts to grate on my nerves I just remind myself; My daughter was not trying to find me a friend, she was trying to find a good husband.

It's OK to talk to oneself. You're probably a fairly attentive listener. Maybe OK even to begin arguing with yourself. However, if you find that you're losing the argument, better seek professional help.
Honestly it's just nice to have a conversation with an intelligent person who is an actual thinker for a change.
