Have you seen or own these new waders?

So, a last minute add to the vendors at the Mineral Lake Fishing Derby is a new wader company.

Have any of you seen or used them? I like the idea, what's your thoughts?

Just curious...

I'm too irritated with that website to even consider trying them.

They appear to have integrated floatation (yes, no, maybe?) but refuse to state that right up front. It's not even one of their 4 reasons to choose their brand, so I have to assume it's a gimmick and not a well-designed feature.

The evasiveness is a BIG nope for me

I noticed and thought the same thing.

I most definitely do not want my waders being positively buoyant. That would make wading horrible.

Something with integrated auto inflation in the shoulder straps or chest and back panel might work, but the part of my body I want OUT of the water if I slip or flood is the part that’s not IN waders.

I’ve said many times I want to die fishing, but this is not how.

Edit: If I do decide to speed up the process I’ll buy these and wear Korkers somewhere muddy.

Same. I was looking for some statement about "Class 3 floatation device" or "PFD" and all I saw are super vague marketing statements.

The Contact company address on the website is a little mailing service shop. There are PO boxes... o_O So probably a guy designs them in his home and has them made in Asia.

Last time I appeared in the WADER section at the local PRO SHOP, I have to scream and YELL in the wader aisle!!! For the sake of the other customers who needed to get out of the way. They were in my way.

I empathize. I suffer from get the fuck out of my way-itis when driving and in crowded stores.

I looked at their site and was less than impressed. They mention safety so many times and never say what make their waders so "safe"! I wouldn't even give them a chance, they choose a name, and say they focus on safety but don't say anything that makes them safer than any other wader, regardless of price.
