I’d be budgeting for a repower but if the hull isn’t waterlogged or damaged then it seems decent. Where’s the fuel tank?

This first gen 17’ Outrage with recent repower is exactly what I was looking for over the last couple of years but now my situation has changed. Maybe it’ll still be around next year. Ha.

Edit: I’m not sure if it’s the greatest deal on the planet but, considering the comps that I’ve seen in my search, it’s not horrible.

where is it??

Assuming the hull is sound, this seems like a pretty decent deal to get on the water. The Sea Pacer's the open bow layout so it might be easier to fly fish from.

The motor alone is probably worth ~$6k.

Check for stringer separation and poor sealing under the transom cap. Those are apparently Arima issues. Who knows, maybe all this needs is elbow grease.

Don't know how good of deal it is but probably not too bad if in good condition. Considering what a new similar raft would cost it seems like a good deal to me. I have the breakdown version of this raft and love it. I haven't used it in a while because I can't take my dog with me, but as I type this up, I should really rig up a platform for him so that I can. It is super compact when packed up and easy to transport.

Not a terrible deal for a bigger whaler.

That's the same hull as the classic 18' Outrage but with a different liner with molded in seat and console. The liner adds about 500lbs and makes replacing the fuel tank a sawzall job vs. a screwdriver job.

😲
That makes it a much worse deal!

This is my friend Tom Burn's boat, located in Olympia. Tom has taken care of this boat over the decades like it was his kid. This boat has taken hundreds of salmon both in the salt and river. Killer deal at 3K.
