Stink bug in the car yesterday

Glad I didn't crush it, since i didn't know what it was until I ran the picture through ChatGPT. Creepy bug, IMHO! I pushed it out the window wirh my phone...

We had tons of them a few years back here in CovTown. Evidently there was a bit of an invasion. And yes, they are invasive.
Google Stinkbugs invade Washington and you'll get lots of info.

Our cat doesn't bug them at all and he's about as dumb as they come. I'm guessing it only took 1 and he learned.
