If you've never had Jerry's food you're in for a treat and the SOS is one of his staples! He did food a the Hoh Down years ago and at least one year up at Lake Tye in Monroe when we did a big fly fishing show up there!Please make that for the swap! I can't wait!
I have a Camp Chef Dutch oven, I got through Jerry and will be doing a Dump Cake in it for this trip one night. I plan on bringing some sourdough loaves for the group. I may do the Sourdough Foccacia, as it turned out really well!
I thought about a brisket, but we'll see, I have so much going on and my first one didn't turn out that great. Maybe some smoked ribs, but we sure have a lot of food planned already!
