Thinking about SUING the store!!! After getting these items out of the box back home you realize its DIFFERENTS PRODUCTS than what you bought!!!!! Thinking bout SUING the store!!!!!

Getting quite excited about the FINANCIAL OUTCOME potential here for Me. Thinking I could come away with Large Cash Deposits after I Heavily Sue the store. Starting to plan what I'm gonna buy!! Really exciting. Making plans - thinking big pool install!! Can't WAIT!!! Picturing Myself opening that suitcase of CASH from the Legal Settlement!

I have reached out to Jeff Sutherlo The Legal Expert for legal advice. Waiting to hear back!! Anyone have any legal advice on SUING The Store?
 
Just show up and ask for the MANAGER!!

JT - just friendly advice, not legal advice, but I'd put it this way:

THREE KEYSSS!!

1. Send letter with BIG DEMANDS!! No little ones, only BIG DEMANDS for compensation, gotta get the $$$ ANDthe MAIN AMENDMENT into the laww! Talking instillin primal fear.

2. ViDEO depos'itions R MANDATORY!! All casps in the transcript NOT EENNOUGH! JURTY NEEDS TO SEE THE YELL to No yur RIGHT! on the LAW!

3. NVER SETTLE! GOTTA get the verdkict for the the BIG BUCKS, for that pool install!
 
Oh pisshaw! Sueing BiMart?… take a couple flannel shirts a dozen boxes of quart canning jars and go in on senior card number Tuesday. That would improve the odds even if the odd meter is now broken and no longer functioning. Or just don’t pay your taxes this year… I mean who is going to know

Your problem made me wonder whether it’s the same store that I had a problem with awhile back. Here was the issue I had there:

“I experienced the WORST customer service today at a store in our town. I don’t want to mention the name of the store because I’m not sure how to proceed.

Yesterday, I bought something from the store. I paid cash for it. I took it home and found out that it didn’t work. So this morning I took it back to the store and asked if I could get a refund. The girl in the store told me “NO” even though I still had the receipt. I asked if I could get a replacement instead then. Again, she told me “NO”.

I asked to talk to a manager as I was really not happy. I explained that I had just bought the item, and had got it home and it didn’t work. The manager just smiled and told me to my face that I was OUT OF LUCK! No refund. No free replacement.

I’ll tell you what…I am never buying another Mega Millions lottery ticket there again.” ☹️
