Okay...so I took my jet boat to the car wash yesterday to wash off last years scum line and road grime from going over the pass two weeks ago, in preparation for going to Roosevelt next week. BTW there isn't enough pressure to do a good job so I won't be going back. They'll be glad too because the hose caught on my motor and I wound up dragging it home with me! So I took it back to them with only minor damage because the handle landed in the boat and I only drug the other end on the pavement for six miles. I offered to pay for a new fitting but he told me to just bring him a fish next week.
The best thing to scrub an aluminum boat with is the Mr. Clean Magic Erasure. Got it nice and clean and with the hot water and car wash soap I have it looks like it has a nice wax finish.
I think I'll probably show up with cookies around the 9th - after the Seeger effect has disappeared.
You know, maybe you need to move out of that balmy south and git up here to north sound. We be freshening up our sunscreen and composting grass clippings.

Here’s what my truck looked like early this morning. Note that the driveway is bare and dry. Took the Toyota Highlander ski vehicle to White Pass and had a great day on the slopes. Snow in the forecast for the pass early next week. The Seeger Effect is strong….

Obviously some local VIP has a fishing trip planned. The Seeger Effect fades away somewhere around the palouse area.
Drove 161, 512, 167, 18 to I-90 because white pass was FROZEN this morning...
The lake was a shock looks like the state cut down the trees at the put in and added some big rock 4-6 inches on the last slope down to the lake.
Really WINDY tonight... 30+
But I am home after a year without, it feels good... even if it will only be 13 days...
