No. Fork Composites 8’6”-4#..

This is a great rod at give away price. Moderate action. Perfect finesse rod..

Trident isn't my favorite online retailer but I occasionally do check their sales and used gear. I think they must be trying clear out the used rod rack because their prices are really good right now, solid older rods for sub $200, as well as several glass, trout, salt, and spey, please buy this stuff so I'm not tempted. https://www.tridentflyfishing.com/collections/used-fly-rods
Some good deals there! I'm pretty tempted by this and wouldn't mind if someone removed the temptation:

I tried to help you out but someone beat me to it.

with Orvis declaring bankruptcy, would expect at some point their retail and online store(s) to slash prices to offload inventory.

I don’t recall seeing that Orvis filed bankruptcy but they are closing many of their retail stores.

I’ve been using Lamson for years on salmon and steelhead including saltwater fishing. No failures with spey reels or single hand reels. Always bought the better models like Micra 5 at a deep discount.
I have a handful of Lamson reels and haven't had any problem with any of them.

(I just realized I responded to a VERY old post!)

Not online, but the Avid Angler is having a 15% off flies and fly tying material tonight Thursday February 11th.

I have a thing for flashlights. I received this today and it's pretty awesome. A good deal at $14.

650 lumens and smaller than an AA battery! I can't speak to longevity yet, but I already dropped it on a hard floor a couple times and it didn't break. Speaking of which, I wish the body was knurled or otherwise more grippy, instead of slippery.

Patagonia has 30-40% off on the Danner wading boots and other fly fishing gear right now on their websight. Looks like the flyshops also have them on sale
Picked up a second pair of foot tractors so I can have one with cleats and one with rubber soles for using in boats.

I wonder what caused Patagonia to end their boot making relationship with Danner.
My River Salt boots have been great.
I wonder if they’ll still offer the reconditioning option if someone wanted to have that done?

Maybe the higher price tag and extra 17 ounces of weight for the older Danner saltwater boots compared to their new made in Italy version? I'm glad I bought a discounted pair last fall, Patagonia has already sold out in most sizes.

Wouldn't have minded the River Salts in addition to my foot tractors but I'll just use the foot tractors and call it leg day.

Even if Patagonia decided to stop reconditioning the older Danner boots the soles are still stitched (and nailed?) on so a cobbler should be able to resole them.
