Nothing against Kubiak, but this is the Raiders, so it will likely turn out just as well as the previous head coach and QB hire did.

I mean, what do the Raiders have to lose? more games? ok, same ole same ole....may as well go for an unknown entity for both QB and coach.

nowhere to go but up.

I look at the Raiders the same way as the Cowboys. Nothing will happen in a positive sense until the VERY top changes. Generally, it takes a lot for that to happen.

At least with Kubiak plus Mendoza they have a chance to improve....at least on paper. I'm sure Davis will figure out a way to fuck it up.

Cardinals just hired the Rams OC LaFleur to be their head coach, continuing this record coaching churn.
Hella talent downgrade to move on from Stafford to Kyler Murray
 
Murray could win when he could still scramble, now just another short QB who does not see the field well and has lost his speed to injuries.
Jones from the Niners would be a much better target for a team needing a QB

eh, they'd probably be better off with Stiddy...and it ain't close....unless they've got zero O-line, then stick with the tiny little video gamer.

I really hope the Donkeys can hold onto him as their backup for consistency's sake (and I think he's got a little pull in the asst. coaches room), but wouldn't be surprised if that happens.
