Went out to SD for a bit of duck hunting and fishing.
Duck hunting was slow, very warm and we were early.
Fishing was real good with dozens of walleye, pike and some perch

Some hefty looking walleye. What's your favorite way to cook them?

We only kept ones around 15-16" to eat, tossed back anything larger.
I'm kinda an "old school" guy from Wisconsin and use a breading mix and deep fry a walleye the few times I eat them.
