Wanted 9 weight T and T Exocet or equivalent

I am looking for a Thomas and Thomas Exocett 912- 4. Used is ok.

This rod preceded the Sextant and was discontinued about 2 years ago. It has a little softer tip and more pleasurable to cast.

Just an FYI. I have been looking for a 908 and/or 909 Exocett for over 6 months now. Cant find ANY. Only ones I came across were on eBay but saw them in the sold tab.

Not many out there for sale in the line up. I think that speaks volumes to the rod series. BTW I have the 906 Exocett hence the obsession with trying to find the 8 and 9 wts. Good luck to both of us. I think we are going to need it.

Hello Bob,

I could not seem to find one so I decided to try a Scott rod. I have it paired up with my Hatch 7 plus and a Rio Bonefish line. It seems to cast really nice.

I did manage to buy an Exocett 12 weight brand new a couple of years ago as they were being discontinued. Great rod for fighting Geets...!

This gentleman messaged me and stated he had one. Maybe give him a shoutout and see if he still has it..?
