Talking about Deep Purple reminds me of riding down to town on my bike to get the Shades of Deep Purple lp at Al’s Record Shop. This was a few years after tiring of the early Beatles. Mom is now 99 and she used to borrow my Deep Purple to put in her bid stereo console back when they were more furniture than stereos. She loved the song Hush
