oh wait, my bad....they lost that NEXT one after that single SB victory (and likely only for the foreseeable future).

Across 11 NFL seasons (nine with the Raiders, two with the Saints), Carr threw for 41,245 yards and 257 touchdowns, both 22nd all-time. He made four Pro Bowls, all with the Raiders. He did not, however, win a single playoff game -- in fact he only ever played in one.
The only QB to notch 40k and never win a playoff game.

"the San Francisco 49ers have the easiest strength of schedule at .415, making them one of just two teams -- along with the New Orleans Saints -- that has an SOS below .425. The 49ers were coming off a Super Bowl season heading into 2024, but they were ravaged by injuries last season, which led to a 6-11 record. The upside of that is that the 49ers will get to play last-place schedule, which could make them dangerous this year if they can stay healthy. The 49ers will only play four games against teams that made the playoffs last season (Texans, Buccaneers, Rams x 2), which is tied with the Saints for the fewest in the NFL."
 
The Madden movie could be interesting viewing. Hollywood has had success with a couple prior NFL film classics.

 
Nicolas Cage sucks. He has sucked ever since Raising Arizona, which was one of his first. He will be over the top and cheesy and just ruin it for me. It's too bad Phillip Seymore Hopkins is gone, he would have been good.

I could see Christian Bale making a good Al Davis though.
