that's just insane. The skill level is just off the charts.
 
My girl has really gotten into basketball this year so we went to a Blazers game. They went down by 16 but got within 3 in the last 2 mins. I caught her crossing her fingers when they were taking free throws. Totally into it! We were basically court side...

I watched the Celtics go down to OKC last night...SGA is impressive and should win the mvp...Porzingis needs to get back into the lineup after missing 7 games with a mystery virus...

They have a losing record since the all star break, but this sure wreaks of ownership freak out. That makes 2 playoff teams that fired their coach late in the season. Weird for sure.
 
Like football and baseball team owners, basketball team owners are like petulant children but with a lot of money. Being rich doesn't necessarily denote being intelligent, it simply means you get to have your own way. And with a number of these owners having no a priori knowledge of what they bought with their millions, shit is bound to happen. Jerry Jones of the Cowboys is the poster child of owners that have a team as a hobby but haven't won anything in almost 30 years. Too rich and prideful to turn the job over to someone that actually knows how to do it.
