Kind of a boring game so far. Have to admit, conference or not, ND’s defense is pretty solid.

Yeah they pretty much took away anything the Hoosiers thought about doing.
They block a field goal, get a first down, then 3 and out.
 
Some real college ball tomorrow among three Dakota schools and Montana State. How the hell did Dakota schools get so good at football. Jackrabbits, Bison, Coyotes, and Bobcats
 
Well...hard to come back from 2 pick six's...but I also thought the Clemson-SMU ACC Championship game was over early too...
 
Get ready to hear about how Alabama and Miami got robbed after the first two games.
Hopefully the next two will be better. Both Indiana and SMU had a chance to strike early but blew it.
Indiana threw an interception after getting an interception and the SMU QB should have run for a first down rather than passing it. Neither play likely wouldn’t have changed the outcome but getting momentum early certainly would have helped both teams.

So far the CFP has gone as predicted, probably contine through the next 2 games as well.
Penn St. V Boise St. will be a run fest it seems...
Notre Dame will beat Georgia with their 2nd string QB.

Hard to come back from a 28-0 halftime deficit playing like SMU did.

I think the weather helped PSU. With windchill it was 10*F. Something I don't think SMU has a lot of experience playing in.

Glad to see Beaver Stadium has had a few more upgrades. Last time I was on that field was '74 and the wind would knife right through it.
 
Besides the Texas / Clemson game getting within seven, the other games have been kind of duds. I was hoping they be more competitive. Hopefully the next four are so.

I feel the same way...home field advantage was a factor in the first round...even with Clemson getting within one score, Texas dominated the game...

Another thing to consider is the two that make it to the championship will have played 2 or 3 playoff games already, limiting injuries to key players will be critical.

if OSU wins they may well keep rolling as beating the first seed, regardless thought of as a soft or hard ranking, is still a big deal.
Hopefully we see some close games, these blowouts about as entertaining as watching the pot boil.
