A better PFF clubhouse

A few weeks ago a for sale property between two Washington lakes was suggested as the PFF clubhouse.

I think this property would be a superior location.

Two yrs ago there was 2400 acre farm with 3 miles of river frontage on the Grande Ronde. Had an absolutely gorgeous house and bunk house, in ground wine cellar.
