West Fork Satsop launch?

I remember seeing boats on the river above the West Branch boat launch on the West Fork of the Satsop, but I can't figure out where they put in. Are they just putting in on the East Fork at Schafer? Every time I've spied the East Fork, it's been super skinny to the point of being unnavigable.

I'm also looking at the stretch below the Twin Bridge ramp, but it looks like it's more popular for bank anglers. Is it worth a float?

I launch at decker Creek. It's a short push/float into the main channel.

Thanks. I'm starting to think that's the only option. I can't find any public access to the west fork above the one ramp. Hopefully there will be enough rain to make the Decker launch work.

Oh, yeah, I've figured it out. The boats came down the East Fork, which dumps in above the West Branch boat launch (but sometimes empties below the ramp when there's a lot of water).
