Non-Fly Pikeminnow Reward Fishery

I've known a few who have attempted to find consinstent pikeminnow programs to make this viable, but none have succeeded. It definitely seems like a retired person's game as it seems like you need unlimited time to basically turn this in to a job and get consistent results.

One of my former coworkers lived in The Village just below Wanapum Dam. Max decided to become a pikeminnow bounty hunter; he'd fish the river every day after work and caught lots of pikeminnow. One day he said to me "Pat, fishing has become a job". Huh!
 
I was catching 15-18 big adults, per trip on the Columbia this Fall. Too bad it was late October after the season closed.
