Fishing Lake Easton state park?

I will be spending a few days at Lake Easton state park next week and realized that although I have driven through the area hundreds of times, I have never fished there. I was hoping for advice from folks who may know the area. Is it worth taking a float tube with me for the lake, or would you recommend bank fishing the Yakima? Thanks !

There are a few other lakes available to fish in that area check your Gazetteer as for Easton the last time there water shallow, lots of motor boats, not much fish to hand.

Thanks for the replies. Had to cancel the trip because my older dog is not doing well. Fingers crossed hoping it is something temporary.

Fish the Yak. I’ve caught a couple small rainbows/cutthroat but it was tough fishing. Lots of followers but few takers. Fly and gear.
Lots of great accessible spots on the Yak in that general area.

Thanks! She has perked up quite a bit. Eating now and wagging her tail again. Possible pancreatitis with right side cardiomegaly. Cardiology consult on Friday.
