I really enjoyed cooking on our daughters induction top. It's amazing how fast they heat up dishes and I loved the safety features - good stuff for old, forgetful Boomers.
In California pork is surveyed in green sauce, in New Mexico beef is survived in green sauce. I’ve never had pork in red sauce, but that looks yummyPork Chile Colorado

Served with pickled jalapenos, lime crema, and flour tortillas
It's usually beef when I see it, but I found 2 packs of pork shoulder for $0.99/lb which is a lot cheaper than I could get chuck roast. Turned out damn tasty. In California pork is surveyed in green sauce, in New Mexico beef is survived in green sauce. I’ve never had pork in red sauce, but that looks yummy

Set up camp late, ate some brats and had a little midnight hunt.

Woke up the next morning and got a few more near camp while coffee was brewing.

And more porcini. Juggling a campfire, beer and cooking is not easy after a long day but it sure beats work. This is just what I needed.
My camping set includes the Sidney O and 125 year old or so gate marked pan, both size 8. Lightweight for cast iron and fun to cook with.
