I do not know what is going on there. it has been dead for springers. only 7 have returned to the hatchery . Late or a disaster ? Did get one summer . I have fished Oxbow for 35 yrs. Never seen it this slow.
 
Sad times. Hopefully just late. Used to fish it frequently in the 90's. Even got a few springers on the fairy wand back then.
