Came home after halibut fishing yesterday and did a little fish fry for my wife and I tonight.

Did mine with sweet and smoky pork rinds for the "batter". Turned out super tasty. Nice alternative to carb heavy batter

Great idea…I usually use panko…but crushed chicharrones sounds good

Working on beef birria in the clay pot. First time cooking this. Here it is 2.5 hours in at 275F, still needs another couple hours. I'm planning on making birria tacos with it.
