I sincerely hope that Zelenskyy is not murdered by Putin's hired thugs. Imagine what a leader like that can do with the support he has from the global community and a citizenry that is so solidly behind him. Seems Ukraine might really prosper and provide an example for a number of countries to aspire to.

And speaking of this..... Mr. O'Conner, why don't you change your sig and 'about' to something more fitting to a fishing/geopolitics forum then 'woke foreigner' and 'Commie euro Nympher?' I dont care how tongue and cheek your being you've already broadcast it here for the 'lolz.' Everyone (mostly) else is trying to keep the spirit of the new forum and non political pissing match.

I caught a clip last night that said Zelenskyy called in to the meeting the heads of the EU were having, and after an emotional 10 minutes, they changed their minds and started helping.

I looked this up too and it seems, depending on what source you are reading… that the shot of her armed and ready for military action is fake.

Edited to add: honestly it’s hard to know what to believe in regards to the former Miss Ukraine. The internet is full of fake stuff cause we do love our heroes and the clicks support that.
