She picked up on her own carrying my lunch box in, give it to my wife. Runs back out, lightly taking the mail from me, runs into the house, hands it over.

Oh I totally understand, it was tongue in cheek. We had to make the decision last summer to put down our black lab.
I figured you did just seeing the way your pup watches you. Amazing creatures. Over the years I have been blessed to have partnered with Black & Yellow Labs, but never a Chocolate. After looking at her photos again, I must once again say that she is a beauty!
