Is there like a first offense warning and then a ban for second offense, or is it first offense ban? Asking for a friend. Yeah, right.
Depends on what happens. This offender was 110% an instaban.
I'm interested in whether the watch list is like the no fly list...secret and unpublished, no way to get off it, and no way to know if you're on it.

I've cancelled my trip to spring training, well, because the bazillionaires who own and play have cancelled spring training, for all intents and purposes.
As you know, Ive, there's lotsa lakes around here, a lot of which don't get fished. I figure I'll fish 'em. There might be some streams in reasonable distance. My van gets about 17, but since I don't need a motel, the cost per unit effort is pretty low. My pickup gets 22 or so, so for day trips locally it's not too bad.
Of course, that's without knowing what the ultimate price of fuel is. If the spot goes to $100 per barrel, there'll be a lot of high-cost domestic production come on line...I guess we'll see.
And I suppose once I run outa budget for a trip, I'll stay home. That won't really peg the hardship meter out.
