NFR NFL 2023 Season

This Raiders powerhouse offense has averaged OVER 30 ppg over the last 2 games!

Bet the raiders wish they had scored some of these points last week. Like maybe 4 of them.

He’s probably half serious…he’s watched the Raiders…

That!

Needed to add some levity. Also needed something to hope for to keep awake (did not work BTW).

GM did as bad a job recruiting as as Staley did coaching, good riddance to both... Herbert deserves better.

rooting for the Seahawks this Monday...if Eagles do rule the roost, Pete's time there perhaps coming to an end?

This got discussed last week. I just don’t see it happening until after they get sold, which happens to most likely line up with end of Pete’s contract. But then again, I don’t follow the Seahawks that closely.

Schneider is one of the best GMs in the game if you ask me. When he was with the Niners he built what became the Harbough years. He jumped to seattle and built the not-quite-dynasty(you win championships for that). Still to this day he finds undervalued talent, just look at the last draft.

Give him a modern era coach who knows what he needs and see what he can do. Lynch has been great in SF chosing to re-sign the big names to contracts and letting be rate players go. He has nailed a bunch of low picks but flailed pretty much every high pick.

I'm not sure I'd trade one for the other....

I don’t think Schneider ever worked for the Niners that I recall. He came from the Packers.

Damn, I was thinking of Scot Mcloughan. Dude was legit; until he wasn't...

Shortly after leaving the 49ers, McCloughan was hired by Seattle Seahawks general manager and close friend, John Schneider, to be a senior personnel executive on the team.[11] McCloughan accepted, and later assisted with the team's drafting of notable players in later rounds of the draft such as Russell Wilson, K. J. Wright, Kam Chancellor, Richard Sherman and Byron Maxwell.[2] He also had success in earlier rounds helping to draft players such as Earl Thomas, Russell Okung, Golden Tate, Bruce Irvin and Bobby Wagner in either the first or second round. McCloughan remained in this position until April 2014, when he again resigned due to personal issues.

He was the guy in Ferndale with his own scouting thing for a while ?

Didn’t he end up going to Washington after he left the Seahawks?
