Seems to be the peter principle at play with him. He has been promoted to his point of incompetency.

He was an excellent play caller in NE. Mac Jones was headed in the right direction until he left. As a Patsy fan, it sucks that he left. Raider fans may feel the same way.

Mac has not done well under pressure either. 1.5 years of having an awful line and slow receivers does that to a young QB. I mean, the Patsies may have a worse line that the Raiders.

If the Patsies can get a pick at this point, they should do it. The dude is broken like a Jets QB is supposed to be. He should get the Jim Plunkett treatment and be forced to sit out a year just to recover physically and mentally. It may even take 7 years like it did Geno.
