Watching the coho jump on the Sky

Unfortunately the river is closed here at Ben Howard, but doing out monthly spey casting practice meeting.

Sounds like there is/was alot of Humpies and Silvers around, why is the Sky closed for them? Probably something to do with preseason forecasting. There are alot worse things a guy can be doing than getting some practice casting and chilling by the river with a cigar

It's open up above the Wallace I believe..

The entire Skykomish and tributaries is closed until further notice to protect Chinook.

Unfortunately the Sky isn't open for Coho this year, hopefully there will be an emergency opening like last year!
