The Seattle Mariners are the only MLB team that hasn't appeared in the World Series. While there are six teams that have never won a World Series title, the Mariners are the only active MLB team without an appearance.
Only 2 more years till the 30th anniversary of the '95 Mariners.

OH no, dont get me wrong. I don't have any pain at all. Mariners deserve this. Cal could not said it better. I hate managers, and I hate owners. That will never change. Entire M's team are pussies. Julio let Neris piss all over his field. I am still friends with alot of my old team mates and they all agreed Julio should have charged him. Instead, we ran into our duggout and imploded the following inning. Yes, I know there are alot of you that really seem to disgust being super physical on the field but it happens and it always charges up the team and the crowd. That very momentum shift after Julio pussed out was the end of the season right there. If you think that charging the mound and fighting is classless sorry, gotta keep the Neris' types in check, even if it means losing a few too.
Also, notice how Servais always smiles after he loses? That guy is the quintessential weakling. Dude should be visibly LIVID after every loss.
All said and done it has been most enjoyable watching some of those guys having fun playing baseball the way it was meant to be played. Thinking particularly of Cal, JP, Geno, Julio and frankly a good number of others. Yes they fell a bit short but what a ride. I look forward to next year with this young core. I'll miss not being able to put the M's on the tube or radio and sitting down to tie some flies.

The interview of Eugenio at the end of the game was a very nice heartfelt speech. Look forward to next season. Would love to see some return on the $21M spent on Robbie Ray each yr or if he player options out and frees up some cap space. Will enjoy following the off season.

Today the team I have rooted for since 1948 became the first team in history to win 100 games 4 years in a row. That is quite an accomplishment and indicates a devotion to excellence that few teams possess. They won't win the World Series, their starting pitching is just too patchwork but making the post season 11 years in a row keeps the fan base happy. At least there is a possibility of reaching the World Series.....

I’d like to see the Phillies win it. I wasn’t a fan of Bryce Harper in his early days, but he has become one of my favorite players. Especially how he played through his injury last year and came back so quickly from it this year.
My dream matchup in the World Series would be the Phillies vs the Twins, my favorite team as a kid.
