As if everyone doesn’t armchair qb once they’re a big enough fan πŸ€ͺ it’s part of the passion (for any sport)

And to be fair I’d bet a 1,000 bucks that play gets brought up on film to him.

My voice hurts right now....from my recliner!

It it just me, but are the Chargers just snake bitten?
They can’t seem to win a close games the past few years.

I'm a pretty firm believer that much of Wilson's success was more on Marshawn Lynch, Doug Baldwin and Tyler Lockett. He's always seemed lost without those guys to bail him out.

WIlson does some stuff really well. Those long balls are still a thing of beauty. Even in his 12th season, he can burn you with his feet. He just made history as the first NFL QB ever with 40k yards passing and 5k rushing.

But man, the list of little stuff he doesn't get right is kinda long at this point. We all know he takes sacks, we all know he can't hit mid range throws in the middle of the field. His schoolyard scrambles are fun when they work and deadly when they don't. Payton was ripping him yesterday for how slowly the plays were getting called in the huddle and saying he was going to need a big ol wristband playlist.

I know DEN has a pile of money tied up in Russ and the season is just two games long at this point. But if they don't start clicking off wins, Payton is going to start looking for ways to get rid of him after this year. If that happens, I'm genuinely curious where he goes. Does he just call it a career and enjoy the millions and retire to a life of red carpets with his wife? Does he look for a "game manager" team with a strong running game/defense like he had in Seattle? You gotta figure SOMEONE would sign him as a starter, even if not at high end money.

Wilson wants 2 things - to be a celebrity, and a massive paycheck. I don't see him settling for anything else.

Well, he got the paycheck already. So maybe he just retires and is a celebrity. Spends time running his money-siphoning charity.
Well, 1/4 is better than most of those types of charities.

Maybe PNW Fly Fishing should start a charity, too. Clearly it's where the money is at.

I'm ready for Russ to become the most expensive backup in NFL history.

And some of my peers were questioning why I was so happy he was traded. I'd been calling for that since like 2017-ish. The validation has been really nice.
