NFR NFL 2023 Season

Maybe he can institute a bounty of some sort, to get the team fired up to play hard.

"The league found that Payton not only knew about the scheme, but tried to cover it up during both league investigations. During the 2010 investigation, Payton told Williams and Vitt to "make sure our ducks are in a row" when the league interviewed them. Before the start of the 2011 season, Payton received an email from Ornstein detailing the broader lines of the scheme. In that same email, Ornstein offered $5,000 to anyone who knocked Rodgers out of the 2011 season opener. Payton initially denied knowing that this email existed, but subsequently admitted that in fact he had read it."

With test results showing THC in his blood, will Geno now be in trouble with the NFL?

He sounds like a real POS

Well...
Yeah

Why he was allowed back in the league seemed strange, but the punishments were all weak in my view...but mine isn't the view that counts of course.

League commissioner Roger Goodell responded with some of the most severe sanctions in the league's 92-year history, and among the most severe punishments for in-game misconduct in North American professional sports history. Defensive coordinator Gregg Williams was suspended indefinitely, though this would be overturned the following year. Head coach Sean Payton was suspended for the entire 2012 season—the first time since Chuck Fairbanks in 1978 that a head coach had been suspended and the first time a head coach was suspended by the league. General manager Mickey Loomis was suspended for the first eight games of the 2012 season-the first time that a general manager was suspended by the league for any reason. Assistant head coach Joe Vitt was suspended for the first six games of the 2012 season. The Saints organization was penalized with a $500,000 fine and forced to forfeit their second-round draft selections in 2012 and 2013.

This was clearly modus operandi for Gregg Williams, and it followed him in his coaching career until he was finally busted for it.
A shitty thing for sure. Payton took his punishment, the team took their punishment, and several players took theirs.

Should we bring up what went on at Pete's last college job that he managed to skip out on...

You can bring up whatever you want...
Doesn't pertain to bountygate, so I am not sure what your point is in doing so. Some whataboutism is always a red herring type of approach, one that is of no import here.
I am well aware of the penalties handed down, just think that Payton, being in charge, aware and complicit in the coverup should have gotten a more severe punishment.
Your opinion has no bearing on my opinion.
😁

Wilson a tier- 3 QB?

Seahawks have two of the not gonna say greatest but let’s say solid tackles in the nfl. They drafted the best center so they are set. The Michigan center is gonna be dominate. He’s a stud. Bit of learning curve but after a few weeks of being bullwiinked he’s gonna be solid.

And it's worth exactly what you paid for it.
So here's another freebie - It's their league so they can run it however they see fit.

I heard the Broncos tried to sign Jesus Christ to coach, but he's hung up on another deal...

Seahawks receiver Dee Eskridge has been suspended for the first six games of the 2023 regular season for violating the NFL’s personal-conduct policy, the league announced in a statement Friday.

The Los Angeles Rams’ value has increased exponentially since the franchise was moved from St. Louis to Los Angeles, becoming one of the most valuable organizations in the NFL. According to Sportico’s latest valuations, the Rams are worth $6.94 billion right now, which makes them the third-most valuable franchise in the league. Overall, the Rams are the fifth-most valuable franchise in the world.
